Welcome to TOPSTRETCHING ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the App and its services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. General Terms

  • TOPSTRETCHING provides access to online stretching, fitness, and wellness programs.
  • These Terms apply to all users, including those who subscribe to paid services.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Subscription and Payments

TOPSTRETCHING offers the following subscription plans:

  • 3-Day Free Trial, then $199/year (auto-renewable)
  • 30 Days Basic Access – $19.99
  • 30 Days Full Access – $29.99
  • 365 Days Full Access – $199.99

2.1 Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Users can manage and cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID settings:
    Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • If you cancel before the end of the current billing period, you will still have access until the subscription expires.

3. Refund Policy

  • Apple handles all payments and refunds. If you need a refund, please contact Apple Support.
  • We do not process refunds directly for in-app purchases.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Users may not share their accounts or login credentials.
  • The App must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Any violation of these Terms may result in account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, videos, text, and branding within the App are owned by TOPSTRETCHING and are protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The App provides fitness and wellness content for informational purposes only.
  • We are not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from exercises performed within the App.
  • Use the App at your own risk and consult a medical professional before starting any fitness program.
